This article describes the procedure to submit missed spam and false-positive samples for mymailsecurity.

Submit missed spam samples

Send the original missed spam email as an attachment in a new email to missed@mymailsecurity.co.nz
These samples will then be analysed for inclusion into our filters, so that similar messages score higher in the future.

NOTE: You will not receive a submission confirmation email.

Submit false-positive samples

Send your false-positive samples to falsepositive@mymailsecurity.co.nz
