Exciting new cloud services

With the launch of our new website, we’re also pleased to announce three new cloud services that cover spam management, hosted exchange email and online backups.

myspam - our spam management service can protect your inbox from spam thereby increasing your employee productivity. You’ll realise immediate cost savings through increased employee productivity, reduced internet bandwidth and improved security.  If you already use myspam, the link to your Spam Quarantine Manager can be found in the top right-hand corner of the website.
 

myoutlook - our hosted exchange email solution allows your business to enjoy easier and more efficient employee collaboration with the ability to share calendars, tasks, email folders and contacts. This cloud service allows you to lower total cost of ownership by removing the need to purchase and maintain complex hardware and software.  If you already use myoutlook, the link to access your web mail can also be found in the top right-hand corner of the website.
 

mybackups - our new online backup service can give you peace of mind knowing that your company’s most valuable asset; your data, is securely backed up offsite and available to you at any time. Our online backup service offers the crucial protection you need to ensure the continuity of your business.
 

Fixed fee IT management has arrived!

We’ve been listening to requests for fixed monthly IT costs, and we’ve launched a brand new IT management service!  It’s called Prime, which is our way of saying Proactive IT Management.  This is a service that we can offer our clients that are looking for proactive management of their IT systems that will provide complete peace of mind, at a fixed cost while improving productivity and minimising risk.
 

With our proactive approach to managing your IT systems we work hard to prevent problems from causing downtime, and we ensure that your system is always operating at optimum performance.  We can tailor a solution to meet your needs; whether you simply require a basic monitoring service or a fully managed service for ultimate performance and security.
 

We can also offer a fixed fee monitoring and support service to home users. For any business customers that sign up to our Prime IT management service we can offer a special discounted rate of the Home IT service for your employees.
